Founder Serge de Thaey was inspired by the principles of "living food" when, in 2005, he created Biscru to produce dehydrated crackers with excellent ingredients and without being baked. The fact that they are "raw" conserves enzymes, micronutriments and their ingredients' natural taste.

Biscru has a certified gluten-free and organic range of French-made crackers of several varieties with buckwheat, flax and sunflower along with ripe fruit and vegetables supplied by local farmers around Isère, France.
